The film follows the story of "Maria" (formerly known as "Lily"), a former elite assassin who worked for a ruthless drug cartel known as the Black Rose. In order to escape her bloody past, she faked her own death and started a new, peaceful life with her husband, Bert, and their young daughter, Min-Min. However, years later, her former cartel bosses (Victor and his reckless brother, Kaleb) discover that she is still alive. Kaleb and his men ambush Maria's home, brutally murdering her husband and daughter. Surviving the attack, Maria awakens her deadly past skills and embarks on a relentless, blood-soaked path of revenge. She stops at nothing to dismantle the cartel and kill everyone responsible for the death of her family.
