Teagan Sellers is a Toronto-based actor and elite athlete with a lifelong commitment to performance. She began acting at age three, eventually landing roles in productions such as I'm Glad It's Christmas and Fellow Travelers. As a student at a performing arts high school, Teagan successfully balances a professional acting career with high-level academics and competitive sports. In addition to her work on screen, Teagan is a decorated cheerleader. As a flyer for a premier team, she is a four-time National Champion and has competed on the world's most prestigious stages, including The Summit (2024) and The Cheerleading Worlds (2025), with a return to Worlds set for 2026. Her athletic versatility extends well beyond the cheer mat. Teagan is a trained circus artist specializing in flying trapeze, solo trapeze, and hammock. A lifelong camper, she is also an accomplished canoe tripper, kayaker, and snowboarder. Whether on a film set, in the air, or on the water, Teagan is defined by her technical skill and disciplined approach to every discipline she pursues.
