Alan Maxson is best known for playing monsters and creatures, most notably for the performance capture of King Ghidorah in Godzilla: King of the Monsters (2019), the Orang Ikan in Monster Island (2024) and the "Dune 2" Sandworm in The Oscars (2025). He has also appeared in numerous commercials such as The Walking Dead: Survivors, Call of Duty, and Visa/NFL as a young version of The Steelers mascot. Maxson also has a long career as a television editor and is a proud member of the American Cinema Editors. Recently, Maxson wrote & directed the award winning independent film, Alien Planet (2023).
