Stephen Cognetti is best known as the creator/writer/director of the Hell House LLC franchise, which consist of five films, the last being Hell House Lineage. He is also the 825 Forest Road writer/director. All films made under his production company, Cognetti Films, established in 2014 for the production of his independent films.
