Benjamin "Ben" Plessala started working in the entertainment industry at the age of five in Television, Film, Commercial and Voice Over Animation. He has co-starred on many Network shows, including HBO's Big Little Lies, Showtime's Shameless and NBC's American Auto. He has also co-Starred on two of CBS's most iconic shows of all time, Criminal Minds and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. Ben is part of the voice casts of several Animated films, including the Academy Award® Winning Guillermo del Toro's Pinocchio (Netflix) and the Academy Award® Nominated Turning Red (Pixar) and The Sea Beast (Netflix). He was thrilled to part of the voices in SpongeBob Movie - Sponge on the Run, Minions: the Rise of Gru and many other great Animated films. He can be heard as the young vampire hunter Richter Belmont on Netflix's Castlevania: Nocturne. Ben is an avid Gamer, so it is an honor for him to be part of the voice casts of two epic Sony Playstation video games, Final Fantasy VII Remake (2020) and Final Fantasy VII Rebirth (2024) playing Oates, a young boy living in the Sector 5 Slums and The Last of Us Part II, that won the The Game Awards Game of the Year 2020 and racked up over 200 other Game of the Year Awards. Benjamin has appeared in numerous National Television Commercials and Ad Campaigns, including playing young Cal Naughton Jr. opposite Gary Cole as Reese Bobby, in Dodge's "Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby" National Ad Campaigns. He has also appeared in National Commercials for Frito Lay, Audi, Chevrolet, Star Wars Kraft Macaroni & Cheese, Embassy Suites Hotels, Home Depot, Xfinity, TrueGreen Lawn Care and Amica Insurance just to name a few. When not performing, Ben plays on his High School baseball team, cooks in the kitchen and hangs with his three dogs. Ben resides in Los Angeles, CA with his family, where both his parents are Attorneys.
